Edson Consulting was instrumental in defining and delivering a best in class real time customer loyalty solution for one of the UKs biggest high street names. This strategic initiative delivered a complete integrated solution from capturing basket level data through to creating marketing campaigns and delivering personalised messages to the customer whenever and wherever they engage with the retailer.
The retailer’s scheme was already well established with over 15 million members and over 2500 outlets. Using SAPs Loyalty Management engine to deliver messages in real time the shopper now receives relevant messages and offers based on their shopping habits each time they come in to contact with the retailer be it at the till, online or by telephone.
